Holiday Shopping Events in Omaha 2022When it comes to holiday gift shopping anybody could go out to the nearest big box store and pick up a piece of clothing and wrap it and give it to a friend. But what makes a gift even more special is finding something that is handmade and one-of-a-kind and helps to support local businesses. A great way to do this is to find local holiday shopping bazaars in your area.

Local holiday shopping events happening in and around Omaha

Holiday Pop Up Shops at Mulhall's

Mulhall's is happy to host local pop-up shops every holiday season. They have been hosting local vendors since the beginning of November and will continue to do so through December 17. Outdoor Holiday Market

December fourth from noon to 4 PM at the Crescent Moon Ale House parking lot 3578 Farnam Street. Shop local vendors and enjoy holiday music, warm up by one of the fire pits, and enjoy some amazing hot beverages and holiday beers. There will also be amazing Bavarian-style holiday snacks.

City Sprouts Holiday Market

On the 10th from 10 AM to 2 PM at 4002 Seward St., This is a fundraiser event selling homemade goods and baked treats with free ornament making and hot holiday drinks to warm you up.

Omaha Flea Holiday Makers Market

On December 10th from 11 AM to 2 PM. This market is hosted at Café Postale 950 S. 10th St. There will be 20 local vendors showing off their seasonal goods and a DIY wreath bar as well as the opportunity to take Polaroids with Santa.

Winter Wonderland

On December 10th and 11th at the Oak View Mall, 300 one South 1 44th St. This is possibly the largest local shopping event where you will find more than 100 booths with local vendors and small businesses showcasing their holiday goods as well as other unique gifts you will not find anywhere else.

Arts and Drafts

An event on December 10th at the Dubliner Pub 1205 Harney St. Don't let the name and location fool you, this is still a family-friendly event. There will be a holiday art market, craft beer, Irish Cuisine by pop-up restaurant Harp and Fare, and live music all during the event. There is a clean comedy show to close out the night at 6 pm. Entry to the event is free.
